Job Details:

  • Client needs blade flip on US Industrial shear. 2-4′ sections on upper and lower to make 8′ blades 2 sided only
  • Turned bottom shear blades and reset gap
  • Top was not turned at this time per machine instructions and conversation with customer
  • Also straightened bent guards and fixed loose safety switch
  • Noted broken lower limit switch, customer said it was being replaced by their people.
